HolidayIQ Traveller Archana Hemmady says, “Bangalore has a distinction of bad public transport. If you can, book a cab for the whole day to take you around, or if you cannot, take a local with you. Bangalore is cosmopolitan and don't believe those who say that you can't manage if you don't know Kannada.” Adds HolidayIQ Traveller Haresh Raisinghani, “I could hardly visit any place, what put me down also was notorious traffic. I was warned to add at least 25-50% of traffic time for traffic snarls! This certainly proved good advice. With heavy traffic weather is nothing to crow about, though it was certainly better than cities like Mumbai.”

3. Chennai
